Memorable experience
A memorable experience in my educationI have to say that the most memorable experience in my education was when I finish high school and didn't go to college right after wards. I decided to take a four year vacation and had my fun. Which was the biggest mistake I ever made. What I didn't understand was that I let my life past me by while I sat around and did nothing. All my friends either had a low paying job or went and got marry. That was how it was growing up from bad neighborhood and not having advantages like the other kids. My parent couldn't do anything to help me achieve in school. All she could do is tell me to go to school. The only thing I had in my mind was what do they know all they do is sit around the house doing nothing. That's why I started not to care about my education and went and hang out all night with my friends. I found out the hard way and I lost everything I had.It all started when I had just graduated from high school and I was hanging out with my friends. We all told each other that we're not going to get marry and we're going to have fun like all high school students did after they graduate. But it didn't went out the way we've all thought. I end up having a girlfriend and didn't really care
I figured that since Bill Gates never went to college and he was that successful I could do the same. All I knew was that I made through each day without worrying about anything. I thought to myself that I had a intelligent mind why am I wasting it working hard labor. I wanted to successful and have happiness. The only place that would get me there was going to college. Some of my friends went off and got marry when they got out of high school. I was working my butt off and it was geting me no where. But as you know they don't feel the same way. I'm just thankful that I could start over again and have a chance to finish my education. Things didn't work out so we broke up. All I did was work in a warehouse and stuff envelope with Sacramento King schedule fliers. I told myself why should I help them if they don't want my help. Me and her went out for about two years after I had graduated from high school. So the only thing I could do is help myself. After only one paid check I couldn't stand it.
