History of Soccer

Soccer is the most played sport in the world today. It is played in deserted roads, busy streets, and more commonly in open fields. Soccer is known to most of the world outside of North America as "Football", because the foot is the part of the body used most in the sport. Early soccer players played the sport with little rules except "No kicking other players". The sport was first played in Britain during the 1750's when the country changed from agrarian to an industrial society. Scotland and Australia helped the popularity of soccer by creat


The way the teams choose to set up the play of the players make the game a guessing game of strategies. Soccer has grown in popularity and has become a sport that every country has a national team to compete at the national level. The Scots were the first people to use "defenders" in soccer. Many countries merely kicked the ball as hard as they could to try to put the ball past the keeper. The FIFA World Cup is played every four years in a different city in the world. No other player may use their hands. Sizes may vary, but the length can never be shorter than the width. ing leagues for all interested players.
