Because so much less activity is performed during the menopausal period, muscles wither away and body fat is there to stay. Men go through a change very much like women in their middle years, they like women experience the hormonal changes that affect their sexuality, mood, and temperament. The last of the sexual symptoms is the fear of sexual potency in the man and the vaginal dryness of the women. In the physical sense, men tend to have a less endurance for physical activity. They get a sudden feeling that warmth is running through their body. A simple hug or words of encouragement seem to brighten up their day.
