Gandhi

Gandhi, lived from 1869-1948 and was also known as Mahatma Gandhi, was born in Porbandar, in the modern state of Gujarat, on October 2, 1869, into a Hindu family, Both his father and grandfather having been prime ministers of two adjacent and tiny states. After a modest career at school in London, he has learned the British Law. He was an influential figure in our society. During the time when British tried to imperialize the world Gandhi came back from Africa where he was a lawyer and became active in the INC. Gandhi Mohandas Gandhi, an Indian activist who used nonviolence, peace, and unity to establish an independent Indian nation. Gandhi was sick and tired of all the fighting that was going on already he set up a movement ot expel the british based on Nonviolent Resistence. Although at times his actions were deemed improbable and insane nevertheless, they were effective. Gandhi is A Man with Virtues Gandhi was an influential figure in our society. He taught many people about equal rights, honoring thy neighbor, and peace and tranquillity. Gandhi took many actions to affect and change the lives of Indian population during the eighteenth century. The actions that affected generations to come many people feel they can change the world and better it for future generations. One person who did accomplish his goals was Gandhi. The confidence and determination with which Gandhi lived the second half of his life was extremely different than his early years. In my essay I will be discussing the history of Mohandis Gandhi. Even the nonviolent resistence would be the last option today but we can all look back and that and use it as an example to maybe teach our generation that fighting is not the solution and there are many other ways. His main Goals when he came back from Afica is to converthe british to his own vies and stengthen the unity of all indians. They try all sorts of ways to change life, and many don't accomplish their goals.
