             a. I can't say I relate very well to Anne's feelings in the passage. I'm the oldest in my family, and I could probably relate better to Margot in this case. However, from a distance, I can see what Anne is trying to say. This paragraph could very much, with moderate alterations, be the life story of Ron Weasley, one of JK Rowling's most popular characters. Anne feels that Margot's achievements overshadow what she has become. These feelings could be present with anyone, and not just the younger siblings. No one likes to play second fiddle to anyone, and especially with your parents...you're supposed to be the apple of their eye, no matter what, or at least that's my conception.
