God to me is the world. There are not many words to describe it. He is my creator and father. He is the one I could always talk to or run to and will never leave me alone. He is the bearer of all my sins and faults. He is my best friends and nurture. He is my rock, redeemer, and deliverer. He is the potter of my life and my way to Heaven. In return from Him giving me everything, all I need to do is love Him and serve Him faithfully. The gift of being an athlete has definitely helped me in being able to meet new friends all the time and share with them my life. My gifts of humor and expression have come into great play in they way that I serve God and others. I have been given the gift of being artistic, athletic intelligent, fluent in Spanish, having a "off the beaten path" sense of humor, great communication skills and creative. Being fluent in Spanish has also helped me serve because I could communicate with others that just speak Spanish. I have used all of these gifts to serve others and God. I serve god through my intelligence by being able to fulfill my vocation of a student first. I have been able to relate to them and show them what God has done for me. God has given me many gifts through out my life. By having these gifts I am able to tell my story to my peers and actually have them listen and be interested. Being artistic, creative and intelligent has gotten me far in life and has also helped me serve God. I have never really sat down and thought that all these gift I was given were actually used to serve, but now when I do think about it, I have used them plenty of times.
