The book, Night was related to human behavior in many ways to society. It revolves around the acts or prejudice, discrimination, stereotyping, and more. Reading about how the Jews were torn out of their homes and tortured and killed because of Hitler. Night tells the story of people who were destroyed because they were Jews, they were innocent victims. These people had done nothing and however were tormented, dishonored and liquidated for no reason other than they were Jews. Wiesel is a witness to all the horrible things such as; the death of his family, the death of his childhood and the death of his God.

clearly lost. Everyday he saw hundreds of people dying. Some people are more selfish than others and think
of only themselves or what will happen to them.

Relationships among friends and family were destroyed.
People's morals and values were quickly thrown away and hatred was forming
for no reason. An image that secures itself in Elie's memory is that of Rabbi Eliahou's son's leaving the Rabbi
for dead. After a few years of him struggling at these camps he finally got out. The rabbi, for example was a compassionate father who cared for his
son while the son on the other hand, acted likewise.
As the book went on, things got worse and worse for Elie. Mean while, there are the other
people who are willing to sacrifice their lives for the well being of
others. Everyone started to
fend for himself or she even though they might have had been related.
Wiesel's Night is about what the Holocaust did, not just to the Jews, but by extension, to humanity. It's funny how the
will to live conquers love and relationships.
