Many manufacturing business locate in California because there are so many people to work in the factories. California also has a rather large amount of oil. Service industries occupy a lot of the work force in the state. Mainly fruits such as apples, oranges, pairs, and almost and other kind of fruit you can think of are grown in California as well. h offers land and soil suitable for growing crops, farming is also and important factor for the economy. The many bays and large cities located along the coast to the Pacific Ocean make it one of the most important importing and exporting states in the USA. Also, services need to be provided to the millions of tourists that are attracted to the state every year. Trading is one of the largest industries in the state as well. Secondary industry is a large section for the economy as well. These are the reasons why California has such a strong economy. This is mostly because the very large population that California has because the more people there are the more services need to be provided. There is a wide range of manufacturing plants from computer chips made and designed in silicon valley to small and large appliances made all in factories throughout the big cites. San Francisco and Los Angeles are the two biggest trading cities.
