Heroes in society

Everyone has heroes, but each and every single one differs in what values and characteristics they possess. My heroes are no exception to this truth. When I was younger, my heroes tended to be more inclined toward super heroes. If a person did not wear tights and a cape, could not shoot beams from their eyes, or could not fly then they could not possibly be heroes, or so my immature little brain once thought. It was not until Spiderman that the private life and mental strains of being a super hero were ever incorporated into a story. People I consider heroes show dedication and they are trustworthy. I have found that the people that I consider heroes have inspired me. The impersonal heroes are people that have inspired me in some way. This was a very new approach in the superhero business, one that showed that even superheroes have faults and blemishes. This might be attributed to the fact that I read so much and I learned more about such intangible qualities as the ones that I mentioned above.
