Subjects:
Child Psychology interests me because I love to work with children and help out people with their problems. I love being there for my friends and others when they need me. I could not decide whether or not to do psychology or become an elementary teacher. I prayed hard to the Lord and followed my heart to majoring in child psychology. I believe that working with troubled kids who have been abused, molested, or even dealing with parents separating will help me both spiritually and mentally.

I have been involved with Youth for Christ for six years now. Going to the organizations with YFC let me grow deeply in love with my Spiritual Father.
While I attend Olivet, I plan to continue ministering to others outside the community and becoming a volunteer with YFC. I know that I am right for Olivet and that my leadership qualities will grow deeper with my future experiences there. I feel that psychology works a little like ministry, because you’re doing the good deed of helping people out and possibly changing their lives forever. I do not want to miss out on what Olivet has to offer me and what God has in store for me.
I feel that Olivet will change me for the better and challenge me more everyday and I hope that I will be able to influence Olivet as well. I have witnessed and brought many peers to know Christ by telling my testimony and watching tears fall from their faces. My sophomore year, after coming back from Go MAD, a group of student leaders and myself met outside the school each morning and prayed for our friends, teachers, peers, and community.
