Yoga For Me
I started practicing yoga last quarter, and from my point of view yoga is an exercise that helps me to integrate the main aspects of my life. Yoga benefits all three main aspects of life, the spirit, mind, and body. There are many different forms of yoga, and each has their own specific poses. These poses help you to find a harmony between your body, mind, and spirit. People can choose which poses that are best for them as there is no specific poses in yoga. Before practicing yoga, I feel that my body is not in an optimal form. I am looking for a peaceful mind, where I can feel the sense of united with my body and soul. In addition, I am also looking forward for yogic breathing and postures, where we can get spiritual energy to feed our body, mind, and spirit. I feel a great impact of its benefits. These postures and breathing techniques are the most essential part in yoga practice to reach our goal in finding an optimized body and a peaceful mind, where the sense of united is sensed. When tapped through specific yogic breathing techniques, this vital energy is released for physical and mental reconstruction. I had a flexible body when I was in elementary school, and I want my flexibility back. It is hard to find a peaceful mind, and it is even harder with all the pressure that I have in my daily life. Yogic breathing supplies a great amount of oxygen, an element that is essential to every cell in the body. Above all, yoga helps me to find a harmony on my body, mind, and spirit. This peaceful mind will make us aware of all changes around us, and deeply appreciate the meaning of harmonious life. I feel too much pressure in my life. It helps us to get a healthier central nervous system, endocrine glands, internal organs, digestive system, joints, and skins. This flexibility helps me perform well in doing sports as well as to optimize my body. Practicing yogic breathing techniques and yoga postures helps me to reach my goal in finding a peaceful mind and an optimized body, where the sense of harmony and united is sensed.
