Nowadays, organisations have to encounter many problems and competitions because of globalisation. Most of organisations want to be successful by using difference strategies or methods to have their own competitive advantages. As a result, some of them succeeded or failed and some organisations are competing with each other to succeed in the environment of intense challenging. Therefore, a large number of oraganisations, at the present time, need many factors to be successful organisations. Leadership is one of the most importance factors that can bring successful organisations to what they want to achieve. It can easily be seen that every organisation want to achieve their goals or missions. Moreover, each organisation has definitely different goals or missions. For example, an exporting company could set its goal to be the number one in the exporting market. On the other hand, a football team might set its mission to win gold medal in Olympic game. It also refers to a behavior and an interpersonal skill that a person exhibits in a number of situations". The leader will find that it is every difficult to control the quality of each result. This can occur unbalance between the leaders and the subordinates. As a result, every leader need practice, preparation and improvement for their skills. Each style has its own advantages and disadvantages. Moreover, the democratic style could be used in the situation that every member are important, small team and they have to make their own decisions such as football team. This can save times and produce more products. They should control their feelings and try to solve that problem. Therefore, the leader should choose or use the right leadership style on each situation to get the best outcome. Subordinates can express their own ideas, which might help leaders and organisations.
