Polygamy, or plural marriage is a legal practice in most countries where one man can have more than one wife at the same time. Elizabeth Joseph, the author of "My Husband's Nine Wives" can relate to such life style because she is part of a polygamy marriage. When Elizabeth married her husband Alex, he had six wives, now he has a total of nine. Elizabeth enjoys her way of marriage, saying it is helpful to her career, mothering duties and being a wife.
