Irqui sitution end of 2002
Yes, there is little question that Saddam Hussein is no Martin Luther King, Jr.; no question that he is no Ghandi, no doubt that he has subjugated many millions of people and terrorized his own countrymen and has little right to legitimate leadership. Unfortunately, the story is not so simple and our own government is not immune to criticism in the making of this monster. A short chronology of this... And we supported him for years anyhow. Speaking of which, let us talk a little bit about what many call the "chicken hawks". He appears to be quite right-wing, as is Bush. Undoubtedly to his great surprise, he was setup. Some Republicans were against the Iraqi war effort, notably Colin Powell, Dick Armey, and John McKain, legitimate war heroes.
