US Governments war on Americans

Since the 9/11 attacks against the United States, Americans find ourselves forced into what appears to be a very noble cause, the protection the American way of life, liberty, and security. We now fight a war against terror, a war against evil, and a war to protect the innocent. However the war we fight overseas is just the beginning and overshadows another war many do not even know we are fighting. This battle is far more threatening and perilous, than battle fought with weaponry. It's a war of politics, it's a war of words, and it's a war of lasting consequences. So as the war against terrorism rages on overseas, Americans face a war against the American way of life, liberties, and security, on American soil from no other than the US government.Under the pretext of safety and security, we Americans are loosing more and more of what little remains of the foundation of this great country. As history shows, during other times of peril, American rights and liberties guaranteed to everyone by the Bill of Rights have been suspended, ignored, and altered by US government. For instance, during the Civil War, Lincoln assumed near dictatorial powers both militarily and politically. He suppressed all opposition directed t
