Recently I received a phone call from a friend regarding a class project that we had to complete in our English class. While talking, I came up with the idea that we should interview each other's brothers for the project. He was amazed that I came up with this idea, so he requested that I come to his house. While I drove to his house, I remembered the numerous occasions I met his brother. The first memory that came to my mind was when their vicious, butt-ugly dog chased me for a minute until Johnny's brother caught the dog. After he saw the dog, I met and thanked him for the first time. When I arrived at the house, I suddenly became overwhelmed with fear and nervousness because I had to ask someone I barely knew personal questions. When I came into their home, I greeted them with "Assalam Alaikum," which means may peace be upon you, and then I started to ask the twenty-six-year-old Rob questions.
             While I was questioning Rob, I noticed he was deeply in touch with his religion. On numerous occasions, he answered most of my questions from a religious perspective. When did I ask Rob what is his purpose in life? He replied by saying, "the only reason why I am alive is to worship and please Allah." He considers all the prophets to be examples, so he tries to follow them in every aspect of his life. In addition, Rob would like to go back to the time of the Muhammad (peace be upon him) to understand Islam better, so he can righteously preach Islam. Another significant aspect I discovered about Rob is his opinion about success. He believes success lies in pleasing Allah instead of the amount of wealth a person acquires. A question that seemed to catch my interest was when I asked him was what one thing he regretted the most was? He replied by saying, "I regret every moment that I disregarded my religion and my parents."
             Although Rob is religious, he has much pride in his country, Iran. He remembers things that seem to be excellent. ...
