             Mr. Ron Eden's manager of Electronic Banking system profits from watching his workers every move. Mr. Eden's business belongs to a small but expanding financial service called "Lockbox processing". EBS reflects the explosive growth of jobs in which workers perform low wage and limited task in white-collar community hit hard by Industrial layoff in the 1970's. The room where employees work is silent, talking is forbidden and windows are covered. Coffee mugs, religious pictures are barred from worker's desk. Studies of work place suggested that surveillance could create a hostile environment in which workers feel pressured, paranoid and prone to stress-related illness.
             The problem is because Mr. Edens used scientific management to obtained increases in performance, which he only benefited from it. That is he really acted on his own interest without thinking about his employees. All that he expects from worker's is to get the work done and that is it. Rather than sharing performance gains with workers, he simply increased the amount of work that each one was expected to do.
