The book that I read was about this young girl name Annie, that had it all. She had good grades, she was in the soccer team and had decent friends. One day after soccer practice she bumped into this handsome guy name Danny. He was an all-star football player that all the girls wanted. Annie was swept off her feet with his charms. Danny was one of those popular guys in High School with money and good looks. Annie was the typical average girl she knew she never had a chance with him. One day he bumped into her and he asked for her number. She was impatiently waiting for phone call. He never called. She had lost hope until one day her phone rang and it was Danny.
             From there on they started dating. She couldn't believe what a wonderful guy he was. Everything a girl could dream of. She was in love. One night they were invited to this party and Danny had gotten drunk. He was trying to pressure her into having but sex she didn't want to. He was so drunk he started to push her and calling herall these horrible names. She was distraught. The next day she didn't want to believe what had happen. She started to think that it was the alcohol that had changed his behavior. Danny didn't call for a week. He ends up calling her and apologies and he had promise her that he would never treat her like that again. Of course she believed him and she forgave him. Time pass and everything was going great until one night before they were going out to dinner. Danny made an excuse to go his house and pick something up. Before she realized what was going on his behavior changed and he started to scream at her and calling her names and hitting her. Annie had gotten raped.
