It started out as a normal day but it turned bad quickly. Just like any other day I got dressed, ate breakfast, and did my chores. We lived in a medium size house in Glendale, Arizona so my chores weren't so hard they involved washing the dishes, feeding the dog, giving her water, and vacuum the living room. After my chores I went to my friend Ryan's house and we played some video games. I beat him about 6 times in Mortal Combat he only beat me twice. About noon we went to my house, little did I know it would happen there.
             When we got to my house we played some more video games and invited a couple of our friends over. When they got to my house we had some lunch and went into the backyard to play football. After a couple of hour went by we were hot and felt like going swimming so I went to ask my grandparents. They said to check the temperature. So I went back outside to check the pool temperature and when I bent down to get the thermometer my dog ran by and bumped into me. I lost my balance and fell into the freezing water. My pants were so heavy that I was sinking to the bottom of the pool I couldn't breathe I thought I was going to drown but I was able to get my pant and shoes off and swim to the surface. When I got out all I wanted is to get dry; I couldn't stop shivering I was so cold. By the time I got out of the shower everybody had stopped laughing. I got into some clean clothes and went out side to join my friends I have never been so embarrassed.
