             ANIMAL FARM: Communism Doesn't Work
             Animal Farm, by the Englishman George Orwell, is a story about animals overtaking a farm, taking control over it, and trying to change the world into a human less world. The fairy story took place in a farm called the Manor Farm which later in the novel became Animal Farm. In his book, George Orwell showed that communism is a form of inequality, it corrupts the communist leaders leading them to kill anyone in order to stay in power, and that communism was not a good form of government. Animal farm displays the terrible form of government that communism is.
             In Animal Farm, George Orwell showed that communism is a form of inequality. The inequality in Animal Farm is clearly seen in many ways. The biggest example is the pigs and the dogs that had more privileges than the other animals. At first, when snowball was there, things were the same for the animals, but when Napoleon got in power, him and the pigs had more food, better home, and didn't work. Some animals worked harder than others. Boxer, the horse, worked the hardest of all; he carried most of the rocks for the windmill and he worked extra hours by himself. When Napoleon became in power, he had more liberties than other. Not everyone had the freedom of speech, because if they argued they would become dog food. The animals had no control over anything, the pigs were in control; therefore,( like Animal Farms' last commandment said) all animals are equal, but some are more equal than others.
             Animal Farms also tells us that in communism, most leaders are corrupted by their excessive power; that corruption may turn into violence like it did in animal farm.
