Fear. It is something every natural creature has and something every natural creature needs. There are some people who are personal experts on the subject of fear, though not by choice. They suffer from a condition known as Panic Disorder which is a form of anxiety imbalance. In this description, we will discuss how fear can be both a positive and negative but ultimately necessary part of being a small piece of nature as we are. Fear...it is one of our most basic forms of emotion. It seems simple enough when you break it down with a scientific analysis. Fear is the emotion that keeps you alert and is a form of self-preservation. Fear can keep you from making a mistake. For example; if someone is walking across the street and they see a car coming, they would naturally jump out of the way because they would be afraid of getting hit. Without the emotion of fear, they probably would not even notice the car until the individual was struck, and by then it would be too late. Fear's main purpose is to keep animals, including humans, alert and alive by maintaining self-preservation awareness. However, there is a darker side to fear that many people tend to ignore, and even take advantage of.
Imagine someone enjoying a dinner at a restaurant. Things are calm and normal with nothing out of the ordinary. It is a quiet setting and the food is good. Suddenly, they begin to get extremely nervous. Their heart begins to race, their body breaks out in a cold sweat, they begin to feel nauseous, they begin to feel as though they might pass out, and they feel an intense weight upon their chest that is so heavy they would swear a foot was pressing on it.
