             A major conflict that stands out in my mind that Richard has faced was when he
             first applies for a job. Mr. Crane, his boss, tells him that he will be able to learn part of
             the trade, However, once he starts working there and asks Reynolds to tell him about the
             work, both Reynold and Pease, his co-workers, immediately change towards him. Before
             they were never polite to Richard, but they did not instigate problems with him. Now
             they are constantly mean and threatening towards him, which tells me that his co-workers
             where just being or acting nice to Richard because they wanted to look good in front of
             their boss. All of this escalates until one day when they are alone in the building with out
             Mr. Crane, and Reynolds heard Richard call Pease, "Pease," instead of "Mr. Pease."
             This way no matter how Richard responds he will get in trouble. Richard denies that he
