Compression would be the best way to try to heal it, but can cause complications with blood vessels and such. The immediate treatment would be that of referral.
5. First off I would start to restore the ROM of the area through the use of a BAPS board, this would also aid in the restoration of Propricoception and Balance. In terms of restoring muscular stregenth, endurance and power, I would be sure to towel crunches, and theranband® then later in the stages jogging, running side to side, and mutliangle plyometrics.
