Creatine

             Creatine the World's most controversial supplement. The word Creatine is one that is stitched into the minds of athletes and bodybuilders all around the World. Many people can't complete their workouts without the supplementation of Creatine.
             A French scientist discovered creatine in 1832 by the name of Chevreul, who named the product after the Greek word for flesh. The Russians did not reportedly use creatine until the 1970s and Bulgarian Olympic teams also used creatine to boost performance. In 1993 EAS introduced Phosphagen Creatine, the first commercially available creatine supplement designed for strength enhancement. Little did EAS know, that they would supply a product that would affect the lives of High school and professional athletes.
