(Fisher 270) Within the Orthodox the practice of reciting prayers has grown to include three times of prayer. This discipline of proscribed daily prayers is taught to the young men as they grow up. The prayers are part of what must be mastered to become an adult with in the fellowship of Judaism. It is a part of their life.
