The feelings that I have towards young love is that it is a waste of time. There are so many things going on and happening in young peoples lives, so there is no time to worry about your "so called" love. Young love is false. Many young people think that they are in love, but in actuality, they just have a little childhood crush. When people are just simply going out with each other and having a good time, than that's a different story, but when people think that they are in love with one another, than they begin to think about the other person all the time, which leads to not concentrating to their full potential, or obsessing over the other person all the time, which makes them have a worse social life and it begins to reflect on their participation and marks in school in a negative way.
             I feel that the poem "Adolescence" did not depict young lovers accurately. The poem talks about the adolescences sitting in a park feeding swans. Young people don't usually tend to sit and feed swans, but instead they go out and party, and have a good time. Feeding he swans seems like something that older people would do, so I think that the poem would depict older lovers better than young lovers.
             Young people, in my eyes, should wait until they are older and more mature before entering a serious relationship because they have too many things to worry about when they are young, like school or family, to be worrying about a serious relationship. If people rush into a serious relationship at a young age than they may just be thinking that they are in love instead of actually being in love, which will lead to a shorter relationship that will not last forever. If they wait until they are older, then get into a serious relationship, than they will find the right person and hopefully stay together with them for the rest of their lives.
