The public education system in america is falling farther behind other countries day-by-day. Administrators and teachers are not doing their jobs. America needs to have teachers concerned about their jobs, act as positive role models for students, and understand students' background. There should be more diverse teachers and more acceptance of diversity throughout America's public school system. To improve America's educational system there needs to be teachers that care about diversity and America's students, understand diversity, and practice diverse teaching methods. Teachers must encourage students to want to learn, to believe, they can learn, and believe in and appreciate others diversity.
             Teacher today are not concerned about how they teach and structure a class. Many don't care about how students learn. Teachers need to realize that all children do not learn the same way. As a teacher, it is important to have an understanding of ways to structure a class. Also it is important to have more than one teaching method/style in a diverse class of learned. The concerns of teachers is oneway to improve the education system.
             Children are the future of today's society. They need to have positive adults that they can look up to. Besides parents, teachers, should also be role models. What someone instills in a child may carry him/her a long way. This is why it is important that teacher do their job.
