School is a big part of any persons life and accounts for a large part of it for most people.
             From the start of junior grades right to the end of high school and possibly beyond, there
             are many conflicts that get in the way between the student and the teacher. The topic of
             techniques that teachers use that are unfair stood out for me because it was the one that I
             feel I know most about, for I have not had too much difficulties with my parents and
             bosses. Unfairness among teachers is rather easy to recognize when it happens, and really
             doesn't vary much in comparison with common everyday acts of discrimination or biases
             in society, and in school among teenagers because to me, the principal actions all remain
             the same. The unfair practices that teachers show toward students boil down to treating
             someone differently than the others or majority of the classroom making a student feel
             uneasy and unwelcome in a classroom. Simply stated, anything teachers do that judges an
             individual by anything which is obviously not related to ones true inner self, is an unfair
             technique and that's the bottom line, no doubts or question about it, respect.
             The definition of fair: "just, according to rules, legitimate" shows that the idea of
             fairness to a teacher would most likely differ from the students image of what he or she
             thinks of being fair. Its easy to see when the line of fairness has been crossed and it's
             quite obvious when a teacher chooses, to be fair and unfair. Although I have
             unfortunately experienced the dreaded feelings that are brought upon by unfair teachers, I
             have the pleasure of knowing that it too, happens to many other innocent little kids like
             myself, being unjustifiably struck down by a higher power.
