In life people don't always get along. People in the community and workplace still need to communicate even though they have differences, and must learn how to cope with these differences.
             When my Uncle first got his new career as being a boss in the New York Department of Finance, he worked with many people. One of the people he worked with one time hit one of his kids and my Uncle didn't call the cops but enforced his own justice on the man. My Uncle had to deal with this man everyday for two years. This man (Jerry) use to have to report to my Uncle with financial stats for buildings in the Manhattan area, and I remember my Uncle telling my Dad that one day he is not going to be able to take seeing this man Jerry's face. They said very little words to each other but seemed that they both got there jobs done, and no longer have to talk to due to my Uncle's Promotion.
             Another example I can relate to myself. I use to work at Rockland Bakery Deli for some weeks with some friends. I use to handle making sandwiches and cutting deli meat, but it was a fun job when you work with your boys. One time at the deli a few teachers showed up that use to go to our high school. These teachers were the ones who use to enforce punishment on students who left the campus. I use to find that ridiculous when I was a senior in high School and I can't leave the campus. All the wasted hours of detention I didn't need in my life, but it was an excuse to finish up homework before going home. When they came to my line, I had to find some sort of motive to help me communicate with them even though I definitely didn't want to. I thought, "hey I'm not going to lose my job for these people." so I found a way to cope around it.
