Vanuatu, islands with age old traditions, festivals and beliefs. There are 83 islands; however; only 68 of them are populated. Scuba diving is one of the main recreational sports in the country. Windsurfing horseback riding and yachting are sports as well. Amazingly, golf believe it or not is also a major sporting event with two 18-hole golf courses on the capital island. Both experienced and inexperienced hikers are welcome to hike, if they wish, they may hire a guide, pricing depends on the island.
Efate, Vanuatu's main island with the capital, Port Vila, is a great tourist attraction. Another is the Au Bon Marché Supermarket, a great place to sit and drink coffee after a "hard: day of sightseeing. Finally there is the Man Wah Restaurant, open for lunches and dinners. If you're looking for a more upscale restaurant, you might try eating at the classy Rossi Restaurant. It's a great place for lunch and the best place to watch the sun setting for dinner. If you want some entertainment the Cine Hickson is a great place to enjoy Hollywood videos if you're a little home sick. I forgot to mention, the films are in French, sorry. If you want the English speaking movies, Cinema Studio 7 is the place to be. There are many nightclubs for all the party people out there. For you gambler...
