You could be at the wrong place at the wrong time and the next thing you know, is you're the one getting an MIP, because your around the alcohol. While others that are drinking are getting away freely. Also, if you take a breath alizer and pass the test, because you have not consumed the full level of intoxication in order to get an MIP, so you should not be suffering the consequences.
             Do you know what the initials MIP means? It means, Minor in possession. Whether or not you are drinking at a party for your presence you can still receive an MIP. As soon as you walk in the door you are aware there is alcohol present. Before arriving you must pinpoint the options and weigh the consequences.
