             To argue whether John F. Kennedy was great president or not is quite tricky. Historians and critics of Kennedy are quick to point out many of his failures as president. The most obvious blunder was the botched Bay of Pigs invasion. Although not entirely his fault, he did not commit US war planes for air support and later admitted to the nation that he claims responsibility for its failure.
