Sexual intercourse with a woman by a man without her mutual consent and chiefly by force or deception is also considered as rape (Legal Definition of Rape [online], n.d). After considering all those definitions from a well established source, we can easily conclude that rape is an carnival act which has contrast in humanity because only animals dun have give and take policy which the human race have been practicing since their existence. Rapes can be divided into five major types which is stranger rape, acquaintance rape, date rape, multiple rape (gang rape) and marital rape. For instance, stranger rape refers to a person who the victim does not know rapes her. Example*: Mary, age 25, was accosted at knife point in a dark street and forced by a stranger into his car. He drove her to a rural area, raped her, stabbed her a few times, set the car on fire, and left her. The second type which is acquaintance rape in this case is that the rape victim knows her attacker, although he is not a close friend or family member.
