Theo is an employee at the Outback Steakhouse over by the Bell Tower shopping mall. Richard, the proprietor, started Theo off as a busser. However, Theo slowly worked his way up to a serving position. He had to overcome many hardships along the way, but he finally came out victorious.
             Theo started working at Outback around the end of August 2002. His brother, Nathan, is actually the reason why he got the job in the first place. He recommended Theo to the managers; and because Nathan was one of the best busboys Outback had ever seen, they hired Theo on the spot. They assigned Nathan to train Theo; and Nathan taught him all the "do's" and "don'ts" of bussing.
             Nathan told Theo, "Every bus boy is supposed to have a bus tub with him at all times. We also have to carry around a wet towel for wiping off the tables. As soon as the people at a table get up, we are expected to bus it quickly, making it look just as nice for the next guest."
             Nathan also explained to Theo about all the things that the bussers weren't supposed to do. "The two things the manager emphasizes the most are no horseplay in the dining room and no standing up at the hostess stand." This didn't settle too well with Theo because he liked talking with the hostesses and he did his fair share of goofing off as well. So needless to say, Theo got into trouble a lot at work. He and the other bussers made up games to play at work to pass the time. These games would have definitely qualified as "horseplay" in the manager's eyes. However, they rarely got caught for playing them. They invented some pretty crazy games. They used to whip each other with their bussing rags, which can be quite painful if hit in a soft spot.
