             Adam Smith also introduced the idea of division of labor, which was smith's great engine of wealth creation. It occurs when a worker specializes in a particular stage of producing a good or service. Division and specialization of labor is a way that helps increase benefits to the whole economy due to large output and required large amount of workers.
