The play Macbeth has many themes through it. Written by William Shakespeare, it has alot of
foreshadowing, famous of Shakespear's writing style. Machbeth's lament that he will "sleep no more"
is shown because he is no longer innocent and sleep is suppose to be innocent. In the first apparition,
Macbeth sees a floating dagger. he is halucinating, which is also a part of foreshadowing of Banquo's
death. According to shakespear sleep is important because it refreshes you and is a way to get rid of
your sins. Lady macbeth tells macbeth about his lamentings and he is finally able to piece things

play they call macbeth the thane of cawdor which he does not believe. they also continue to tell him
