The purpose of this paper is to explain the importance and accuracy of data; the quality of input; and explanation of the difference between the storage devices. This paper will also look at which situations are best for each, and what role does RAM, clock speed, data on a hard disk, data on CD ROM, and data on a floppy disk play in the determining the speed of computers. This paper will look at different components, methods, and situations and attempt to give a better understanding of how important data and storage are.

The best method for printed questionnaires would be a keyboard because it gives the necessary tools in order to create the document. A person can manipulate the information and add data information if needed in order to come up with an effective questionnaire.
The best method for data input when using a telephone survey is by using a voice input device and a standard data questionnaire for the population that you are doing the survey on. The voice input device would allow for respondents to "enter data and issue commands using spoken words" (Wong, n.d.). This can also be used to enter telephone input, which a user can press buttons, or say the options that is relevant to the survey.
