Unemloyment

             Unemployed? It is very hard to be unemployed and it is harder and more
             depressing when you know that you will be laid off from work .On a daily basis it also
             brings more conflicts at your home and job. Most of the time, when people know that
             they will be laid off, they will not put their mind to work, they will see everything in a
             negative way, and they will not be happy at home , instead they will fight with family
             members and will get frustrated very fast. There are three major stages in reacting to
             The First stage is when people knows that he is going to lose his job or be
             lay off. When the dismissal finally comes, he remains hopeful and confident that he will
             find a new job quickly. Most of the time, people usually maintain a good relationship
             with their family and friends. This stage usually lasts three to four weeks.
             The second stage is effort or when a person puts his full attention into
             finding a job by going to job fairs, Internet job sites, contacting previous employers and
             ofcourse their friends network. Usually at this stage, people start getting a little upset
             and frustrated due to the lack response to their efforts and will loose their temper towards
             family members and friends. This stage may last for up to four to five months, but they
             are still optimistic of that they will find a job sooner or later.
             The third stage is struggle. This is the stage of self-doubt and anxiety. In
             this stage, people struggle to maintain their self-esteem. They will usually have a fight
             with peers and, ofcourse , with family members. They will get upset more often and will
             not mix with any one. In this stage, people might developed drinking or smoking habits
