Imagein a skateboard with to big wheels one in front and back. Now imagein a motor on the back and handle barsin the front. This odd sounding vehicle was my ride around town many years ago. Now they are being outlawed because of people miss using them but not me. I had a purpose besides great fun. I wrote my motorized schooter back and forth to work, up and down 474, and anywere the road took me. It had a 3.5 horse power engine but I being the mad scientist I am, did some modifications to it. First of all it took a gas oil mixture. I decided to take that farther and not only added synthitic motor oil but, octane boost and oil treatment as well. This was considered crazy but many but let me tell you that schooter went incredibly fast. At its prime it was clocked ot 35 mph. Along with tring different fuel mixtures I also adjusted the carborator to allow more air and fuel to drive into the motor at one time. As well as that I added what is called cool air intake. I ran a pipe from the caborators air intake to just under the middle standing board. Thus pushing the air closest to the ground into the motor. Making for a beautifully sounding engine.
             Me and that schooter took many rides and many falls as well. There were many times I was late for work and was in a hurry. I had no problem getting there most of the time very quickly but there were many times when I had troblues. This do to wear and tear mostly. Bolts would fall off, gas lines crack, primer bulb worn out, and many other important parts that aid a motor to do its job. There was one time I was on my way to visit work and I was running late again, of course, and all of the sudden the nut that holds the bolt that holds the back tire on raddled off. This caused the back tire to rubb and slow me to the point of stoping. However along the way before this had occured I had seen some what I thought were bike parts.
