All the staff at Amman Foods Store have been highly trained at their job, for example all staff are taught how to deal with difficult customers and how to approach them. They are taught basic health and safety skills as well as taught the appropriate legislation that concerns them, such as the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974. · Growing Business. The business has managed to restrain enough profits over the few years that the owner of the store Mr Rossay has decided to open another store in Cardiff. · New Technology. New tills have been bought into the shop so that now cashiers just have to scan the product instead of just typing in each individual products price. This is quicker for the cashiers to use so that they can serve the customers more quickly. This also makes the customers more satisfied with the service that we provide. ·
