The photograph I am going to describe is a close friend of mine. Her name is Nilam Patel. We became real close friends in our senior year of our high school. She always had a smile on her face. Having a friend like her was one of my greatest experiences. She is the most cheerful person I have ever met. We had our ups and downs, but she was always able to manage the problems we had between us. She couldn't let anyone stay mad at her for a long period of time. With the hugs and smiles she always used to give me, how can I stay mad at her? We didn't meet until senior year, even though she was in the same program as I was, Tech. Magnet. In the beginning years of my high school, I was a shy guy. I was not able to talk to girls. Nilam joined the program in sophomore year. I always stared at her in the classrooms or passed by in hallways without saying anything. At a point I always used to think why she is always smiling. At First I found it weird and thought she is dumb and stupid. But no I was wrong. We talked in our senior year actually. I found that what type of person she is. She hardly ever showed sadness on her face. Keeping a smile on her face, did not realize she was hiding emotions behind that smile. We had started to talk in our Control Technology class and that is where our friendship had started. We got to know each other and we started to hang out with our friends. We went to movies, parks, and go out eat. In class we had fun and we would help each other with homework and any problems we had. We would joke around and have fun since it was our senior year. At first I was shy to approach her but then she seemed to talk to my friends too. So, we then begun to talk a little and then from there we call each other at home and talk in school. Before we hardly hung out at lunchtime, which we never did in the beginning.
