             The development of science helps the appearance of different branches.Genetic Engineering is one of the latest branches.This branch of science deals with cells,DNA and cloning.The definition of cloning is that 'The production of genetically identical organisms via sometic cell transfer.Sometic cell nuclear transferrefers to the process which the nucleus of a sometic cell of an existing organism is transferred into an oocyte from which the nucleus has been removed(AMA)'.Although most people are against cloning, it is beneficial to cure the diseases which treat people's health.I believe that cloning is one of the most important branches of science.In this essay, firstly the history of cloning then ethcis with arguments are mentioned to show that how much important cloning is.
             Firstly, the history of genetic engineering started in the 20th centruy. 'The seed of the genetic revolution was planted when Oswald Avery and his colleagues identified the genetic meterial as DNA in 1944(Davis,the genetic revolution,1)'.After this discovery, genetic engineering started to improve rapidly.This discovery has been the most important thing for the most of new genetic researhes since it was discovered.This event changed the history unpredictably.In 1996, the most famous lamb in the history was born which is called Dolly.This proves the success of Genetic Engineering.
             Secondly, most of the people don't know exactly what cloning is. All they do is speaing unconciously. Some people say that it is a loss of genetic variation and also they say that it damages gene pools. So they think that this situation can damage nationalities because of changing DNA characteristic. However it is not true, because when you want to clone someone, you cannot change the DNA's structure.So for that reason it is not possible to damage genetic variation.The rest of the society think that ...
