             "Why We Crave Horror Movies" by Stephen King explains that all people are insane in their own modest way, just that some are more insane than others. People of all kinds show some of their insanity by either talking to themselves when no one is around or make weird or scary faces when they expect no one to be around. Most people pay money to watch horror movies to dare themselves to be not afraid of what they expect from what they watch. When I interview AJ, I asked him why he enjoyed horror movies and his responded " first off, they give us a nice serving of ultra-violence and sex, both of which are very popular" he also stated "horror movies scare us, but they don't kill us. No matter what happens, we as the audience always walk away. So horror movies put death back in its place". Some people like the thrill of being scared at the movie theatres and sometimes even rates the movie by how much they get scared. The scarier the movie, the better it is to most people. Horror movies like some other things in life keeps one from being that dark evil being inside by satisfying ones inner demons with images and sounds appealing to those senses.
             Horror films that are considered "fairy-tale" horror movies are intended to bring us back to our childhood and view things in simple black and white. Scary movies may even be considered to give psychic relief to certain people to a level where it invites to lapse simplicity, irrationality and madness to a rare extent. Scary movies often gives us at the movie the same feeling as a rollercoaster would, we are first excited to see it and when we get to certain parts we scream or give little yelps of terror. Then when we get to the end of the movie we are relieved in a way that it has ended but yet enjoyed it.
             If all people are insane then people are insane to a certain degree. Everyone shows their insanity in different ways. Even some saints are craz...
