             The aims of this assignment, to describe the current e-learning system used in E&Y, evaluating its usage and effectiveness.
             The overall objectives outlined are:
             q Describe how the system proved cost effective
             q List the number of employees accessing the system
             q List the total hours of training each member of staff has undertaken
             q State the appraisal process used, if via the system
             q Outline the details of E&Ys learning management system
             q Outline the details of the content management system
             The scope of this report outlines the evaluation and effectiveness of E&Ys e-learning system. Looking at all areas carefully, identifying necessary and relevant information.
             There are constraints regarding the overall data for this report. Having only recently joined Ernst & Young, it was not possible to gain full access to suite of information vis-â-vis their e-Learning platform and its functionalities. Bearing this in mind, however, the writer of this report has gleaned a considerable amount of information from various sources within E&Y and has also used their initiative and filled where apparent gaps in overall data had occurred, in order to complete this report.
