Over the last decade the United States has asked the United Nations for permission to invade Iraq in 1991, in 1998 we ask to deal with Kosovo, we asked to invade Afghanistan, and twice we asked to overthrow Saddam. For some reason or not the United States have given more authority to the United Nations then deserved.
