             The higher educational aids board is also being eliminated completely. The duties assumed by this board, administering seventeen financial aid programs, will be placed onto the UW System. This is similar to what we have discussed in class, such as the concealed weapons law. It's forcing extra responsibilities onto an already crowded area. These electives and higher education programs that are being cut, are what make the difference between a great university and an average one.
