             Consider how many people are killed, lives are destroyed, or loved ones who are victims of domestic violence. In modern-day America, domestic violence has reached epidemic proportions. Domestic violence changes the ways that Americans live their lives, the way they act, talk, and even thinks. These problems with aggression and fighting are not only limited to America, but also branches out across the world, to places such as England, Germany, and other parts of Europe.
             At least 4 million people in America experience domestic violence. Most of the victims of domestic violence do not open their hearts and talk about the problems they have in their homes or try to find solutions before it's too late. The abuser's physical attacks or aggressive behavior can range from bruising to murder. The abuser not only harms physically it also cause psychological and emotional damage by using constant verbal abuse, harassment, and excessive possessiveness. The abuser tent to isolate the woman from friends and family and privates her from food, money, clothes and destroying her personal property. Nearly one in three adult women experiences at least one physical assault by a partner during adulthood, according to the American Psychological Association in a 1996 report. Domestic abuse does not discriminate against race, age, and socioeconomic background. No specific type of woman is more prone to being battered by her partner, nor is one type of woman completely safe from abuse.
             Last year, Twenty-two women were killed in Texas. Domestic Violence is growing up each year in Texas and is getting out of control.
             The best solution to Domestic Violence is to report to the police. The law must be informed of the situation, so they can help the victim.
