There are many types or teams. There are teams that play a sport together, there are teams in a working environment, and there are teams in your own home. All these teams share one thing in common; they all want to do well. A team is a group of people that come together trying to achieve the same goal. In a sporting team you have a group of people trying to be the best they can be. It takes teamwork and communication to be on this team. These people bring all there talent together and join forces to be the best. A good example of this type of team is Football. In football you have a bunch of men working together so they can be there best. On this team you have to have a good attitude and be optimistic. You as an individual will be part of a group that wants to be there very best. In football you can not play this game by yourself, the player can not just think about himself, he has to take in to account all the other players and work together to be the best. Yet there is a type of team where you have to worry about yourself and your team. This type of team is a team that has individual scoring as well as an overall team scour. An example of this team is Swimming. In swimming you have to make a cretin time to do well but you also have to bet the person next to you. In this type of situation the individual may be awesome but not get first place. This is good for him or her but for the team it is not the best. These individual type sports can be very beneficial when it comes to unity. You have to cheer each other on and encourage everyone to do there very best and keep trying. As a team you have to come together and be the very best, you are only as strong as your weakest link.
