Many ask where it comes from, well Creatine is present in the human body in the muscle tissue, which is gotten through two impending sources: consuming food (animal flesh) and internally manufactured by the body. Creatine taken as a supplement is beneficial in gaining mass, in that it super hydrates the cells in the muscles, in which make the muscles larger. But in discontinuing the use of supplementation, gains are lost alone with the water weight. Side effects also pelage this product, although they are nothing compared to other drugs, there still are some unwanted qualities. Without proper hydration, cramping can occur, with little gain in using the supplement. So correct diet, in consuming large amounts of water is key to this product.
