I want to introduce my self to give you a hint of my career and where I am working .
             Before one year I was working as an executive secretary in Kuwait Establishment for Educational Services as a chairman Secretary .Now I am working in the same position but with GUST (Gulf University For Science and Technology ) .Part of my duties is to keep the accuracy and the confidentiality of the work .
             I supposed to be professional in all secretarial works such as sending and receiving emails and all kind of correspondences, working with computer with very good knowledge , keeping files , making appointments and so on..
             My main tasks are to manage and handle chairman office, make his appointment carry out his trips to outside and arrange all his reservations.
             Through my work life I discovered that there are many aspects affect on employee characteristic, some of these aspects are :
             And some time they include the variable of age, gender and ethnic background with these aspects
             All these aspects will shape their behavior and their believes . Every body has his ideas about the right and the wrong and what is desirable and good .These concepts are different from one individual and another ,people adopted their customs and beliefs from the childhood ,family and society.
             My behavior in my work is emerged from my traditional environment where I was grown. And from my religious beliefs .
             I used to come to my work early in the morning and start my work with good attitude to be able to achieve my work , all my colleague likes me ,and always asking me about helps because as they say I am cooperative and never say no to any help , also I don't like to postpone any work to the second day I always finish my work in time this is my attitude .
